To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, with tags and original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Opened food or treats
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Gift cards or final sale items
