At Pawz Off, we want you and your pet to love every purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we make returns simple and stress-free.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:
✔️ Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and in original packaging.
✔️ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
To start a return, contact us at info@pawzoffpets.com.au. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
🚨 Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@pawzoffpets.com.au. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible!
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
❌ Personalized or custom-made items
❌ Used pet beds, toys, grooming items, or opened food/treats
❌ Gift cards or final sale items

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and place a new order. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved or declined. If approved:
💰 Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
🏦 Your bank or payment provider may take extra time to post the refund to your account.
