At Pawz Off, we’re committed to providing fast, reliable delivery for all your pet’s essentials — shipped straight from trusted Australian warehouses. We work exclusively with vetted local suppliers to ensure your order is processed quickly and arrives safely, every time.


1. Where Do You Ship?

📦 We currently ship Australia-wide only from trusted Australian warehouse partners located nationally — so no matter where you are, we get your order to you quickly.

🌏 International shipping is not available at this time.
All orders are fulfilled and delivered within Australia.


2. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $8.95 AUD
Express Shipping: Flat rate of $12.95 AUD

Actual rates may vary slightly based on product weight or supplier. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.


3. Free Shipping Offers

🎁 FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $80 AUD
🎁 FREE Express Shipping on orders over $120 AUD

These thresholds may change during promotions or store-wide sales.


4. How Long Does Shipping Take?

We work with a range of Australian suppliers, so delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product and your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note: Some orders may arrive in separate shipments if fulfilled by different warehouse partners.


5. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships

8. What If My Order Is Delayed?

While we aim for fast, smooth delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • High demand during peak periods
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Courier delays

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

1️⃣ Take clear photos of the packaging and item
2️⃣ Email us at info@pawzoffpets.com.au within 48 hours of delivery
3️⃣ Our team will assist with a replacement or refund ASAP


10. Changing Your Shipping Address

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address.

Once shipped, address changes must be made through the courier directly (if possible).


11. What If My Order Says “Delivered” But I Haven’t Received It?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your package is missing:

  • Check with household members or neighbours
  • Look around entryways or safe-drop areas
  • Contact the courier directly with your tracking number
  • If you still can’t locate it, email us and we’ll investigate with the courier

12. Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?

  • Before Shipment: Contact us ASAP to request a cancellation or change
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once in transit. Returns may be available after delivery (see our Refund Policy)
